I absolutely loved the cozy and charming decor at The Snug. The hotel had a warm and inviting atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-kept and had a lovely ambiance. As a senior woman, I found the hotel to be very accessible, with clear signage and well-lit corridors. The staff was always ready to assist and ensure my comfort throughout my stay.
I would have appreciated a few more additional amenities specifically tailored for senior guests.

The Snug was tastefully decorated, with a lovely cozy atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The common areas were easy to navigate, which is important for us seniors, and the staff made sure everything was always tidy and clean. It was a joy to spend time in such a comfortable and accessible environment.
Just one small thing, it would have been even better if there were grab bars in the bathrooms for added safety. The children working there were so helpful and attentive, it would have been great to have that extra bit of support for us senior guests.

Stayed in a charming old building with a garden terrace. Loved the vintage vibes! Close to the airport so I could hear planes all day. Convenient bicycle rental if I wanted to escape the noise.
Who needs peace and quiet when you can have constant plane noise?

The place had super comfy furniture and a huge bed that made us sleep like babies. It was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities we needed, including a game room. The surroundings were absolutely stunning with beautiful countryside views, and it was conveniently located just a few miles from town. We were welcomed with delicious homemade bread, fresh eggs, and even a cream tea. Such a thoughtful touch!
There wasn't really anything to dislike about our stay, but it would have been nice to have a pub within walking distance. Also, having a toaster in the accommodation would have been convenient.
